Assam Commando Battalion Recruitment 2022
State Level Police Recruitment Board, Assam has released an official notification regarding the recruitment of 2,450 posts of Constable for newly created Assam Commando Battalions. The application process for this recruitment will be online based and eligible and interested candidates will have to submit their online applications on the official website of SLRBP.

No of Posts: 2,450 Posts
- Constable (AB) Male & Transgender: 2220 Posts
- Constable (AB) Female: 180 Posts
- Constable (AB) Nursing: 50 Posts
Recruitment Authority: State Level Police Recruitment Board, Assam
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-60,500/-with Grade Pay of Rs.5,600/- and other allowances as admissible under the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed Class 10th or HSLC from government recognized board or university. In addition for the posts of Constable (Nursing), Nursing Diploma is necessary.
Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 21 years as on 1st January 2021.
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be as mentioned below.
- OBC/MOBC: 3 Years
- ST/SC: 5 Years
- Sportsperson: 3 Years
Nationality: Candidate must be Indian citizen of India and Permanent Resident of Assam.
